Fitness has always been an important part of my life. I learned at a young age how imperative exercise and nutrition are to living a healthy lifestyle. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as a teenager.

After having twins, I struggled to lose the 60 pounds that I gained with my pregnancy. Getting through this struggle was difficult, but it gave me a unique opportunity to develop my understanding of healthier eating habits, exercise, and weight loss. It also deepened my compassion for those with fitness challenges.

Now my core passion is to share the knowledge and experience I gained from my own wellness journey.
